Hol'dorr was an enigmatic criminal organization active during the time of the Old Republic.

Structure and History[]

Hol'dorr was helmed by a conclave called the Praesidium, comprising Dusk, the Chain Lords, the Archons, and various other smaller groups and individuals. The Praesidium could be reached through certain 'access points', which were few and far between and almost impossible to replicate artificially.

The legions of Hol'dorr were constituted mainly by a family of Sullustans -- the Hol'dorr -- once-powerful nobles and criminals with an empire spanning several systems. Years ago, it is said that the Hol'dorr conscripted a group of Force mystics called the Archons to tighten their grip on the controlled worlds. Spying vulnerability in their decentralized, unassertive power structure, the Archons suddenly turned on their Hol'dorr masters and enslaved them.

Through an unknown series of events, the Archons came into possession of several powerful artifacts (shards of Dusk's Mind Collector), used to dominate utterly the minds of the Sullustans. These shards were used and commanded by the Chain Lords, of unknown origin.

Hol'dorr also employed various non-Sullustan officers to lead the legions of footsoldiers, gather intelligence, or conduct other business on behalf of the Hol'dorr criminal empire. The most talented fighters among them were sent to become Krayt Shadows, deadly assassins and warriors.

Other Notes[]

Tarask Kahzan once earned a seat on the Praesidium; he has since resigned (or been removed) from that station.

Tyzen was a Hol'dorr officer working as liaison to Kahzan during the events of Beacon Company 1.

Furvus Malos dealt a serious blow to the Hol'dorr infantry when he took down a Krayt Shadow academy on Tatooine.
